    Pros: Great location, surrounded by restaurants, and just a 4-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The staff was also accommodating enough to grant my room-change request. Cons/Areas for Improvement: I experienced severe internet and mobile network signal issues in my initial room. While the management moved me to a different room the following day, I was disappointed by how they handled the situation afterward. Later during my stay, I overheard a conversation at the reception and realized that the exact same room had immediately been assigned to a new guest, who was now facing the same connectivity issues. It is clear the management is fully aware of this dead zone, yet they continue to check guests into it without fixing the problem. Passing a known issue from one guest to the next is poor hospitality practice and naturally leads to avoidable complaints. Verdict: Overall, it is a good hotel with a convenient location, but the management needs to permanently resolve that room's signal issues rather than just cycling frustrated guests through it.

    Was greeted with such warm hospitality. Checked in at 12nn, breakfast was filling. Clean and comfy! Highly recommended! Only minor issue, water is not warm enough for bathing.

    The cons 1. Greeted with room not ready on the actual check in time, and the reception asked us to go up to our room that was still being clean by the cleaners. We had to wait in the narrow walkway that can barely fit our suite cases! 2. Left luggage at the hotel and the bell boy (not so boy) asked us to retrieve the luggage by ourselves from the room! Find it rather rude and at some point he mentioned the word stupid in Italian to us for questioning. 3. No coffees machines, or complementary bottled water in the room. Even room slippers was not provided. Pros 1. Great locations and easy to navigate from the hotel!
