Very clean, and quaint.
I had trouble getting the air conditioning to turn on

It was comfortable! The lift was soooo cool and much needed for old knees and luggage! It was in a good location, but we definitely took taxis to the farther places due to the size of Rome and the heat.

The hosts Raffaele and Marco, were both extremely friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to chat to. They were very willing to please, and added some very nice personal touches.
The hotel building is old and large, with a very old quaint lift, we loved it .
The room was on the fourth floor, there was a very big comfortable bed, nice furniture and two chairs. There was a safe, and a kettle, but there was also a coffee machine outside of the room, which made very good coffee, and biscuits.
There was a fridge in the room, with water, juices and yoghurt, which were replaced daily. The bathroom was fine, the shower pressure wasn’t that great, but considering it’s an old large building, that was understandable, it wasn’t an issue.
The window with shutters faced a courtyard which was quiet, we slept well.
The air conditioning was fine also.
The hotel is also quite near the Termini, for trains, underground and busses.
There are lots of very nice restaurants close by, and some shops, a good area.
Nothing really. We enjoyed our stay for a week.
