The location was very good for our stay and the ground floor apartment suited my 73yr old mum
The window in one of the bedrooms didn’t close and we felt unsafe. We couldn’t get the shower head to work until the morning we were checking out and when we messaged to enquire about how to work it and sent a video showing the window not closing, we didn’t get a response. We also booked this property for a cheaper price, only for the owner to message me saying that there was an emergency and that those dates weren’t available. When I cancelled, she re-advertised it at a higher rate and because the location suited us, I booked it and paid the extra. I felt this was very unfair.
