Hampton Point, or more accurately, Hampton Towers is a 5 star Premier Inn. The property is secure and safe. The welcome was personable and hospitable. The location is also excellent, right at the heart of Enfield Town shopping complex. Great place all round.
All that worked were more important to focus on, not what didn't work.

Property was very clean. Location is amazing, very close to Enfield town.
No fans available and it was during the heatwave. No washing up facilities such as washing up liquid and sponges. No toilet roll until I asked host. However it did get delivered quite quickly.

The lady who met us with the keys was really helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean and well furnished for two people staying for a short break. Close to shops and Enfield Town rail station. Quiet area.
1 extra towel each would have been ideal. Not a deal breaker, otherwise everything was great :)

The area and location were great
The bathroom had mould and was damp with ventilation system not working. No instructions left for facilities. Fire alarm activated twice for fault within other premises forcing evacuation of the building at 1am and 6am. Originally booked for 2 adults and 1 child however was changed last minute to just 2 adults. If child had came there would have been no room as the room provided was small and not that of the images provided when booking.
