The lady who met us with the keys was really helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean and well furnished for two people staying for a short break. Close to shops and Enfield Town rail station. Quiet area.
1 extra towel each would have been ideal. Not a deal breaker, otherwise everything was great :)

Great location, very well equipped. Iron, ironing board, hangers… Even had a hair dryer though it wasn’t listed on the offer. Extra towels were a plus too. Very bright place, lots of sunshine in the morning. Private, secure parking, shops and coffee shops practically at your doorstep. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The whole building including the flat had a specific smell when coming in. Perhaps that’s why all windows were open. The smell went away after a while though. The crockery/glasses looked like the dishwasher could do with some salt. The building is also very confusing, I didn’t manage to find the way to the front door, so always accessed through the side door or parking

I used the sofa bed, but unlike my previous stays in the property, the new sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The lady met us outside
The lady told us not to go by the front desk or the concierge/staff member would get mad at us. Not a big deal because we were at the other end.
