Very close to Enfield train station to get to an event down Weaver line. Provided with a fan, handy in this hot weather. Very well-stocked kitchen, you could live here not just overnight stop. Owner helpful and friendly, ensured we could get in OK with no problem.

The downside was that the room at the front was on the main road and remained noisy until the early hours. Had to keep the window open due to hot weather. We are from countryside not used to traffic & people noise through the night! Maybe a room at the rear would be better if you want less noise.

I loved the hospitality from Ayshe. She was really professional and the room was exceptional and good value for money indeed

Not much

The only suggestion I have is a smaller or foldable table would give a little more space when passing the bed.

Nice convenient location. Well equipped and clean.

Poor communication from host pre check in. Had to enquire if there was an entry door code. I was sent a code. Turns out we needed 3 different codes to actually get in: Rooms 6/7/8 are around the rear of the property and hard to find. 1 code to get in car park gate. 2nd code to get in main entry door. 3rd code to get into actual room. However luckily host was very responsive and answered phone promptly to give us relevant codes. Room was quite hot, no way to blockout sun from skylight so room Very bright very early.
