I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Concept Rooms and couldn't recommend it more highly!
From the moment we arrived, the host was exceptional. Every single one of our needs was attended to almost instantly, making our stay completely stress-free and comfortable.
A special thank you to Sima and Aisha, who were incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. They treated us like family from day one. My mum wasn't feeling her strongest during our stay, and they went above and beyond by checking in on her countless times to make sure she was comfortable and doing well. Their genuine care and compassion meant so much to us.
The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting for a few days or several weeks. My mum and I stayed for two weeks, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
The location is another huge advantage,the train station is literally a 2-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to get around London.
Without a doubt, whenever I visit London again, Concept Rooms will be my first choice. I highly recommend this apartment over and over again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Price, location, contact with owner.
The directions to find it. Need more details, especially if arriving in the dark. Bed and pillows were very hard (personal preference), but ok for a one night stay.

Nice convenient location. Well equipped and clean.
Poor communication from host pre check in. Had to enquire if there was an entry door code. I was sent a code. Turns out we needed 3 different codes to actually get in: Rooms 6/7/8 are around the rear of the property and hard to find. 1 code to get in car park gate. 2nd code to get in main entry door. 3rd code to get into actual room. However luckily host was very responsive and answered phone promptly to give us relevant codes. Room was quite hot, no way to blockout sun from skylight so room
