Fresh clean and spacious. Has everything you need - right done to a pedestal fan which considering we stayed there in a middle of a heatwave was a bonus. Superb location 200 Steps to the station and an abundance of shops and places to eat.
Bedding and towels weren’t the best - could probably do with replacing.

Great location for Ale Sandra Palace gig. Good communication from owner on access. Secure and safe.
Pillows were terrible, needs new ones. Only enough curtain to cover half the windows so bright sunlight wakes you up very early! Very noisy inside with people coming and going as doors slam automatically.

Comfortable, brilliant for the price. Very clear instructions on how to enter the property. Clean, good facilities. Great location, tube station and bus stop right outside property. Fan provided during heatwave. Perfect for a short stay.

the price was fair and utensils, pans and everything you might need were provided in the small kitchen
the smell was terrible the whole time and the walls had many defects. the area is not the greatest especially at night
