New Bohemian Apartment

Velmi dobrá a rychlá komunikace s pronajímatelem. Paní Tatiana je milá. Doporučuji.

Trochu mě mrzelo,, že nově vybudované prostranství před domem vybízí k relaxaci hlavně bezdomovce. Ale to majitel bytu nemůže ovlivnit, ale mohl by byt ještě trochu vytunit a zútulnit.

Su amplitud y comodidad.

The location is the best thing about this apartment. A tram stop is only about 200 m away, there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and the coffee shop right below the building is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have the basic amenities you need.

Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. Arrival and check-in: The apartment is in an area where driving isn't allowed, and there was no clear information about where to park or how to reach the entrance. When I called the host for help, she hung up and sent a short video of the balcony view instead. After about 20 minutes of calling and driving around, I had to leave the car somewhere I wasn't sure was allowed and find the entrance on foot. When I called again from the door, she hung up again and replied through Google Translate. The person who handed over the keys didn't speak English, didn't show us around the apartment, and didn't explain any house rules. The focus was only on collecting payment and the city tax, and she seemed in a hurry to leave. When I asked whether my parking spot was okay, I just got a quick "ok ok." There was no friendliness or hospitality at all. The beds: The mattresses were the biggest problem. They're thin, with springs you can feel poking into your back, which made sleeping really uncomfortable. Privacy: The curtains only cover part of the windows, so you can't get full privacy. Noise: There was major construction nearby during our stay, so it was quite noisy. Also worth knowing: The host offered a discount on a future booking in exchange for a good review. I'm writing an honest review instead, so future guests know what to expect.
