Hotel Centar Sanski Most

I liked EVERYTHING about this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again. The hotel is in the heart of beautiful Sanski Most, it is very, very modern, clean, new and there are enough parking spaces in the back of the hotel. The receptionist Ilma was very friendly and sweet. The keycard to the room is given upon arrival, and so is the key to the main door of the hotel which stays locked after hours. The hotel is a 3-story building and elevator is available.

Lack of signage for the reception as there is a large hotel patio/café in the front and it took me a minute to figure out where the entrance was. The shower has NO DOOR!!! Water leaked all over the floor posing a safety hazard,

Sehr freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter, dazu eine top Lage direkt in der Stadt. Auch der Chef war sehr nett und hat sich persönlich vorgestellt. Die Zimmer waren modern, neu und sehr sauber. Der Parkplatz direkt am bzw. hinter dem Hotel ist videoüberwacht. Falls kein Parkplatz verfügbar war, waren die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht, eine Alternative zu finden. Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet – besonders die Pizza war hervorragend. Die Qualität der Speisen merkt man sofort.Würde ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!!!?

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt betrifft die Parkplatzsituation. Die Parkplätze sind nicht fest zugeordnet und können auch von Einheimischen genutzt werden. Dadurch kam es manchmal vor, dass kein Parkplatz verfügbar war oder jemand aufgrund der fehlenden Markierungen gleich zwei Plätze belegte. Das Hotelpersonal war jedoch sehr bemüht und hat bei Bedarf eine alternative Parkmöglichkeit organisiert.

Excellent Location, Staff and Clean Rooms!

The staff was very friendly. Had recommendations anytime we had asked about something. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The food and drinks at the hotel area great. I would recommend doing the breakfast with your stay especially if you have kids. Its a great option, at the main floor. Easy access for the evening city center activities. This is where they close the roads to vehicles so great for walking, dining without worrying about cars.

The bathrooms could definitely be better. Overheard shower sprays over the zero entry floor. The water travels to the sink making the tile slippery. The parking is small, probably 8 to 10 cars max. This is common across BiH. I wish they would add a corner stool in the shower. If your room overlooks the main road and the window is open, you will not be able to enjoy as the cigarette smoke makes its way up.
