Stayed here before, we love the hotel and its proximity to the city center.

Good location great clean hotel. If you like a bit harder mattresses than is good for you.
stuff in was extremely slow in the bar and dining room... from finish eating we had plates on table in front of us at leas 30min. we wanted to order pancakes as well but due to slow service we just said no.
service in check in was great!!

Location and the facilities in the hotel such as food and eating areas.
The stairs to the 2nd floor especially when you cannot walk much.
No staff offered to assist.
The TV did not work in the room, staff advised and they were not concerned about it and said they cannot do anything about it.
