The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
The description mentioned a hot tub, but it was not working. The controls were damaged. Smoking was allowed in the restaurant dining area, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes.

Stayed here before, we love the hotel and its proximity to the city center. The staff is always very kind and the food is always great.

Location and the facilities in the hotel such as food and eating areas.
The stairs to the 2nd floor especially when you cannot walk much. No staff offered to assist. The TV did not work in the room, staff advised and they were not concerned about it and said they cannot do anything about it.
