Menu breakfast which was suffucient
Plug sockets in the room were not secure and falling off the wall. Room was left unmade all day however staff were called into remedy and was offered alternative room

Great service, location, breakfast and staff..., the only minus is bad channel selection on TV, if they cover this in some near future this could be far the best value for money stay in Banja Luka.

We stayed here only for one night. In case we arrived earlier, we could park at the hotel until check-in. The hotel is located on one of the main roads in the city, next to it there is also a gas station (might be convenient for those who need some quick shopping or to fill up the gasoline). The hotel itself also has a bar.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable. You have air conditioning, smart TV with channels, refrigerator, desk, hairdryer,... Parking is located at the hotel, in front and in the back.
We also had included breakfast, which was very good, with friendly service.
If we are ever back in Banja Luka, we would stay here again.
Everything was OK. There was no closet in our room, only hanger stand, although it was no issue for us.
