Kontakt w sprawie obiektu (zdalny) bardzo dobry, bez kłopotów. Czystość zgodnie z opisem, bez uwag.

Podobała mi się lokalizacja. Blisko biedronka i place zabaw. Lokalizacja wybierana specjalnie pod uczelnie ,która jest naprzeciw mieszkania .Mieszkanie odnowione (po remoncie).Łożko twarde, zależy ,kto jakie lubi mi nie przeszkadzało męzowi tak,ale na kanapie było mu wygodniej :)
Słaby kontakt, infolinia i "reklamy" w formie sms o przedłużenie terminów rezerwacji. Czekałam ok. 24 godzin na odpowiedź w pilnej sprawie. Odbierając mieszkanie ,wyglądało ono tak jakby nie było posprzątane. Piach na podłodze i nie ubrana pościel. Nie mieliśmy pościeli żadnej na kołdry i mieliśmy w łazience tylko 2 małe ręczniczki. Po moim kilkukrotnym kontakcie ( mail i booking) dopiero na 2 nocleg zostały dostarczone podstawowe rzeczy,które powinny być od początku (ręczniki i pościele na pobyt rodziny 2+1).
