Brudno, pozostawiona bielizna po poprzednich lokatorach , nieszczelne okna ( zimą może być dramat ) , zasłonki przepuszczające całe światło i hałas , gniazdka trzymające się na jednym kablu, działający jeden tv z jednym programem , brudne naczynia, mikrofalówka, klejący się blat. Brudne ściany, rdza w łazience przy wannie. Pomimo ceny podstawowa higiena powinna być zapewniona . Jeżeli właściciel zatrudnia kogoś do sprzątania może warto byłoby zweryfikować jego prace .
