Świetny właściciel bardzo pomocy co też ważne , mieszkanie bardzo ładne czyste schludne , wyposażone świetnie w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy do użytku , pełen pakiet tv i internet , piękne widoki z balkonu , łatwy dostęp do kluczy i okolica pełna restauracji i nie tylko naprawdę polecam z całego serca.

W obiekcie nie ma żadnych rzeczy które by się nie podobały obiekt jest 11/10 polecam

Quand nous sommes arrivés à l'adresse du logement inscrite sur le contrat, ce n'était pas là qu'était notre logement. Alors nous avons du chercher. Il faudrait que l'adresse du contrat soit la bonne. Merci La clim de fonctionnait pas.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo mili i pomocni opiekunowie obiektu

Location was ideal..close to the central station, zlote tarasy and palac kulury. Lots of restaurants and zabka grocery store around the corner.

I wasn't able to get hold of the owner through booking. I was messaging him for at least a week. Finally, I messaged him through what's up. He assured me that the apartment will be ready for 3 PM. When I arrived at the apartment and called him he said he didn't have time for me and that he send me instructions earlier. When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned. I called the owner and 20 min later the cleaning lady arrived.When I complained to the owner he was very rude and told me to leave the apartment for an hour so the lady can clean. I told him that I will not leave as I been traveling with my children since morning from across poland. His response was I'm traveling too and the checking doesn't start till 4 pm and I should leave. My children were so tired that as soon as the lady cleaned the room they crushed. Overall, the place is dirty the couch in the scnd room is very dusty, the TV remotes are sticky. The pillows are very thin they are on their last breath. There was a dirty towel left in the washer and they gave us only two towels for 5 people. The place needs a fresh coat of paint. I'm mostly disappointed in the customer service I have received from the owner. He try to apologize but his behavior was unacceptable.
