The room was very clean, tidy, and nicely renovated. Although the building itself is quite old, the room has clearly been renewed and was comfortable and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the city centre, with everything within easy reach. The self-service check-in system was very easy and convenient. Milena was also very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our communication on WhatsApp. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay in a fantastic central location. I would recommend it.
There are just two things worth mentioning. I stayed for four nights, but there was no towel change or room cleaning during my stay. Also, there was quite a strong smell coming from the toilet. However, I noticed the same smell at the entrance of the building, so I assume it may be an issue with the building’s plumbing or sewer system and probably not something the hosts can easily control.

The location is 10/10 right in the old town. The room has been refurbished which is nice and the bed is comfortable, lovely big TV. Decor is nice. would definitely stay again for the location alone.
We did have an issue with some of the linen being stained. Not a moan - but could do with a towel rail in bathroom and a mirror in the bedroom above the desk maybe and shower wasn’t very powerful but adequate for our short stay.

Het appartement ligt zeer centraal in de Old Town van Zadar!
Er is wat geurhinder bij het binnenwandelen van de gang.
