It was close to a lot of things, including public transportation, that was really great. The staff was amazing, we talked to at least 4/5 people and all were so nice, kind and very helpful !
The only thing that was maybe missing was a little fridge in the rooms so we could put our water bottles in it.

All clean and fairly new, very convenient access to the room.
The inner doors of the suite have to be unlocked every time because they shut automatically. There are no means to lock them in place which is very inconvenient for a family. No power extension cord available when asked.

Great location and comfortable
The fire alarm batteries needed to be changed so it started beeping, of course out of control of staff however while very nice, the delay and length of time it took for the new room to be sorted caused us to miss booked activities that were non-refundable
