Charming Basement Suite with Private Entrance Near Subway, Koreatown & UofT

Great location. Well maintained.

Its location was convenient and close to public transport and the city.

Sometimes train can be heard in the walls but it’s not too bad.

Check-in instructions were provided ahead of time and very clear. Frank sent a detailed message to me about how to get to the suite. The location is excellent and very accessible by transit with a subway station about a block away. Even in winter with the snow, it was easy to get here either large roller bags. Located in Koreatown, there were lots of restaurants, stores, and other amenities were close by, including some that were open late. We enjoyed the nearby cafes, restaurants, and small shops and we were able to easily navigate to other areas of true city by public transit with ease. Frank was very accommodating and quick to respond to all questions and requests I had during my stay. We arrived in the winter, when there was a lot of ice on the streets and Frank had driven to multiple locations to find salt for the walkway to ensure it was accessible. The suite was the perfect size for two and was warm despite being below ground and us arriving in early February when temperatures were well below freezing.
