Sullivan Boutique Rooms

There was no breakfast. This place was a "rooming house" type place providing a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was 2 floors down and shared. The room was clean. The bathroom had no bar of soap only a small squeeze bottle. The shower door was broken so could not really use. The lamps had no light bulb and the other one was burned out so no lights beside the beds. Plugs available which was good. The pillows were very small, mushy and uncomfortable. Bed ok. There were leftover items in the fridge. The room was 2 flights up with no elevator so not for older people like us, with poor lighting until discovered where the switch was. The kitchen fridge had disgusting one month expired yogurt. It had not been cleaned for several weeks. Although the area is a bit run down there was a Tim Horton's 2 blocks away.

There is clearly minimal care to the rooms and kitchen, need better pillows, bedding, need to fix bathroom-installed cheap shower that falls apart. Kitchen downstairs needs cleaning and should have current not outdated supplies (just basics). Would not stay at this place again-not for older folks. It is not worth saving that money even though the price was low. The stairs are dangerous, narrow and not well lit. (see above for room lighting).
