The location was very good, close to the subway enabling easy access to the city

Some of the furniture was a little tired & in need up grading

I stayed for a week, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from three subway stations, as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. It was also conveniently close to major attractions such as Casa Loma and the Royal Ontario Museum. Although the kitchen and living room were shared, they were clean and equipped with the basic necessities for cooking a meal. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom worked perfectly.

Very close to subway station, very clean and comfortable rooms. It was quiet to sleep, very nice facilities, laundry option and everything was relatively new and renovated.

Attractive room and clean, location is pretty near Spadina station. Self check in was simple. Owner responded promptly to queries. Kitchen space is nice and I could only wish I’d stayed long enough to make use of laundry facilities. I found this preferable to the hotel I booked for the first part of my stay in Toronto. WiFi speed is decent. I like that there’re many lighting options and you can really get work done with the desk and good lighting, so that’s better than many hotels and this is just a personal hygiene pet peeve but I like that there’s no carpeting, so the floors can genuinely be very clean.

Sound insulation is alright but not great which is normal for a house. It’s fine if the other occupants are considerate. Shower space a little small and glass doors couldn’t close properly.
