Our room was super big! The private bathroom was small but in perfect condition. Good shower. Everything was spotless and modern. We had the chance to park our car in the private parking of the house free of charge. There are two spots.
Location was not what we needed. If you want to go on foot to the city centre, it will take at least 30 min. It is far from the heart of the city. We did not like the breakfast. It was all about artificial and processed food. (All carbs)

Molto apprezzato il fatto che fosse disponibile un parcheggio non a pagamento per la macchina. Posizione comodissima per il centro grazie alla fermata della streetcar (tram) a pochi metri. Per chi apprezza tenersi in allenamento, c'è uno dei campi universitari dall'altra parte della strada, con pista di atletica ad accesso libero. Raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti zone con vari ristoranti e locali.
La stanza un pò piccolina e non isolatissima, in quanto si sentono i rumori del traffico notturno

Mary who runs the B&B. She worked endlessly to ensure you have a great stay. We wanted for nothing, replenished the water every day. You can help yourself to tea and coffee throughout the day. We sat in the garden reading and chilling. Air con was a bonus. It is a seven minute walk from the tube station and there are street car running north and south.
