Good location. Well set up and convenient. Comfortable and private for a group of 4 adults, with two bedrooms and 1 bath shared between, with a locking door at the bottom of the stairs. Sufficient amenities. Nice view at night over the city. There are multiple rooms in this place, each with their own locks, and I have no information on the other rooms, but I would expect they are all as described.

I'm supposed to say what I didn't like here, but I really don't have anything major. Our room had only one light, which was bright enough, but a lamp might have been nice for ambiance before bed. The small space heater worked fine, but didn't have a thermostat, so maybe that could be improved. We didn't use the shared central area/kitchen, but it looked like it would be fine if we needed to. This is not some high-end bougie place, but it was what I was looking for. I'm rating it a 10 based on meeting my expectations based on the price.
