Great location, could easily walk to all the places we wanted to go. Lovely pool and the building was nice and quiet for a city stay.
The furniture was not comfortable for long periods. The apartment could do with having some better items like softer/ better quality towels, bedding and pillows. Maybe could provide extra items like somewhere to hang laundry and a laundry basket. A nice touch would be robes that could be worn to the sauna and pool or letting people know before hand they need to provide this.
The pick up and drop off of the keys was very inconvenient as the location is not close to the building and you need the key fob to get in and out of the car park and there is no where close to the drop location to park so my husband had to do loops while I got the keys.

Location and room was great.
The collection of keys.
Ezy mart which was the collection point was an absolute circus.
The EZY Mart attendant gave us the wrong key and was absolutely clueless.
The amount of complaints from similar room hire people like me was too many to explain.
I will never book with you guys unless the keys are to be picked up at reception and there is a point of contact at reception.
This booking absolutely confused and set us back 4 hours from check in.
Never again with you guys
