Could have been better

Hotel is well located, clean and rooms are furnished nicely

Lack of tea and coffee facilities coupled with having to wait for staff to serve you after 7am in the morning is annoying. Arriving back at the hotel to find door locked with no staff on desk, no clear instructions provided on how to access the building when arrived if this situation occurs Whilst the hotel is well presented it really felt quite soulless

Modern, comfortable, clean hotel. Great for a short city break.

Well located for public transport or walking into the town centre, shops and places to eat nearby, far enough from the centre to feel a more more relaxed and peaceful, nice view of the square with trees/water fountain outside. Room was very clean, mattress comfortable, quite liked the modern decor of the room - it was very comfortable. Our stay was mostly quiet. Staff friendly and were helpful and accommodating. Shower gel supplied as a pump bottle in the shower. One small body lotion supplied. Water in room on arrival.

No tea/coffee facilities in room, no fridge or minibar, no iron in the room but staff brought this for us. TV is not a smart TV. Although we requested a double room we had 2 single beds pushed together, with 2 single mattresses and 2 single duvets which was strange. We didn’t have breakfast as €18 each for a continental breakfast was steep.

Fair and safe option

The room was clean and the service was very nice. The location is handy. The late cancellation option is appreciated.

The room for 1 person was a bit weird, the walls felt like made out of paper, a lot of noise could be heard from other places, but it was mostly ok.

A fine hotel for a short 1-2 night stay. about 20-30min walk from the old town centre.

A good value hotel, far enough out of the inner city mayhem, but near enough to walk in to the centre.

Nice styling, comfortable bed. More than adequate for a city stay. Friendly and very helpful staff on the front desk. Liked the easy online check-in. We also liked the underground parking, right outside the hotel. It would be useful though to have prior directions on getting to the car park, as it’s difficult to park up on the street when first arriving.

We didn’t include breakfast when booking, but decided to try it one morning. It was very so-so and there are decent cafes within a short walk where you can get a good breakfast. We did message the property in advance of our stay to ask for information about the parking, but didn’t get a response.

Excellent hotel design, the bed was very comfortable, cleanliness is spotless, the staff is very friendly and the location was great! There is a car park underground just next to the hotel, super convinience.

Pleasant stay

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He had a strong service mind and provide recommendation to travel and eat like a local.

Facilities are good. However there is not proper working desk so it may not fit with business traveller to work in the room.

the hotel interior design is amazing.. the location is superior every spots are near by walking .. the hotel security is perfect and very comfortable..what I really want to appreciate the whole stuff they are great one team and they all work to help the client and to help each other and I want to thank specially the receptionist “igroo” he is very welcome very helpful honest hard worker he explain everything to us and give me a god impression how the people here are kind ..

- i stayed for 2 nights here, there was no cleaning service. - parking cost 15 Euro/Day - on weekends, the Breakfast starts too late at 8 AM - no Minibar - very bad Internet WLAN

Stylish!

this property is super stylish and immaculately clean. I had a really comfortable stay. staff are lovely too. 20 minute walk to the old town and the main station.

Not a huge issue, but the rooms don’t seem to be serviced - mine wasn’t, so if you do need another towel, you’ll need to ask for one.

It's a good place to stay and if you need to know some info , call them is better.

Breakfast is good , location is good and near the metro. Room is small but clean. Front desk is really friendly and helpful.

You might hear the sound from next room like talking or door close. The main point I don't like is I didn't get the answer for my question before I arrived or I just have the same messages in German for pre check in , I never get the message in English until I have to call the hotel to get the answer. and all this about in Booking.com and their message is showing after 00:00 there is no one for the do the check in , and you need to do the online check in , but in the end there is someone always in the front desk ( at least they told me this on the phone )
