Seven Nap - Central Rooms

Anna was incredible. She is the owner of the property, has spectacular taste (notice all the details such as the wall behind the bed, shower tiles, dahlias, and lighting!), communicates/is super responsive and helpful on WhatsApp, and is overall so sweet to speak with! The Seven Nap Room was the most beautiful and comfortable I stayed in in all of Italy. Even above our standards I’d say. Super clean, plenty of storage, everything you need: AC, refrigerator, hot high pressure shower, windows that open w automatic blinds where you can literally watch the sunset and sunrise while in bed over Mt. Vesuvius. Free toiletries including hair/body wash and toothbrush and toothpaste!! Anna even let me check in slightly early which allowed me as a solo female traveler to see more of Naples. Note that thankfully there is an elevator, it just charges 10 cents per ride during the day. Free every other time. The property is a fantastic location too right next to the central train station, Metro, airport bus, and supermarket! And finally, best best value, bang for your buck!

Na tomto ubytování se mi nejvíce líbil poměr cena-výkon. Lokalita byla výhodná nedaleko od hlavního nádraží, což usnadnilo dopravu z a na letiště a také metrem kamkoliv po městě. Balkon s výhledem na Castel Sant'Elmo byl příjemným bonusem. Ve společné kuchyňce jsme si mohli bezplatně uvařit kávu. Ačkoliv se jedná o pokoj v bytové jednotce v 7. nadzemním podlaží, bylo možné využít výtah za poplatek 10 centů. Majitelka poskytovala peníze na výtah, takže nás to nestálo nic. Přímo v přízemí domu je supermarket, takže jsme nemuseli chodit nikam daleko.

Samotná poloha ubytování byla pro nás výhodná, ale musím upozornit, že čtvrť kolem hlavního nádraží není z nejlepších. Neměli jsme však žádnou negativní zkušenost. Také upozorňuji, že se jedná o bytovou jednotku přetvořenou na asi 4 "hotelové" pokoje. Občas byl slyšet z chodby nebo z okolních pokojů hluk, ale opět se nejednalo o žádný zásadní problém.

Sehr freundliches Personal, was uns nach kurzer Rücksprache auch spät nach der offiziellen Check-in Zeit noch die Ankunft ermöglichte. Die Lage ist ideal (3min vom Bahnhof) und man hat vom Bett aus einen traumhaften Blick auf den Vesuv (7. Stock). Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet.

Der Aufzug ist recht alt und eng. Die Bahnhofsgegend ist abends im Dunkeln nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend und angenehm.

Anna the host was kind and the property was spotless and very modern.

The property states a check in time from 15:00-20:00. I messaged and let the host know we would arrive between 16:45-17:15 (a 30 minute window). They responded back that if we couldn’t be there before 16:45 we would have to wait until 18:00. We arrived at 16:44 and we still didn’t see the host and had to wait until 18:00. We raised an issue with the host on WhatsApp on our 2nd or 3rd night about the sensor light coming on in the night and disturbing our sleep, asking if there was a way to turn it off. This wasn’t ever addressed, even at the end of our stay when she requested we review her property. This light is positioned right inside the door of a very small room so if you roll over or move in the bed the light comes on and there is apparently no switch to turn it off. So This stay could have been a 9 or 10 had the host responded with a solution or sympathy even disregarding waiting over an hour for a check in that was supposed to be pre-arranged but we got no response and ended up sleeping very poorly the entire stay.
