Clean room with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, fridge, coffee machine, aircon.
Right by the station which is convenient to get to the airport although I wouldn’t recommend this area of Naples to stay in for nice restaurants or bars.

The room I stayed in was spacious, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned and tidied every day.
The location is very convenient, close to the central train station, making it an excellent choice for anyone traveling by public transportation or planning day trips from Naples to places like Sorrento and Pompeii.
However, the best part of my stay was Andrea. Communication with him via WhatsApp was easy and efficient. He arranged a taxi for me to the airport at 4:00 a.m. and even took the time to check at 5:00 a.m. that I had arrived safely. Thank you, Andrea!
The hotel is very close to the central train station, which means the surrounding neighborhood is not the nicest and may not feel very safe to some travelers. Personally, I felt safe both in the hotel and while walking outside, although I don’t usually go out late at night.

Inside it was clean and comfortable
It is WAY OVERPRICED for what it is. It charges you 100 EUR a night for a 20 EUR experience
It doesn’t have a 24/7 check in or luggage storage after check out (at least they didn’t offered one to me after I checked out)
You have to carry your luggage all the way up on stairs
The outside is in restoration and the neighborhood feels unsafe
