La propreté, le calme et la situation à côté de la gare Centrale de Naples.

Je voudrais juste signaler une erreur dans l'adresse de l'établissement. Le numéro civique est 11 et non 113 Via Genova, mais au 3e étage est situé cet établissement. Hotel Royal Hammer 11 Via Genova, 3e étage Napoli, 8o143, Italia Cela peux éviter bien des désagréments aux voyageurs.

Overall, I had not bad experience and would consider staying here again, especially for a short stay. The location is a major advantage - the hotel is less than 5-minute walk from Napoli Centrale, which is extremely convenient, especially if you arrive late or have luggage. I would also like to highlight the staff, receptionist Franco. He was very kind and helpful, provided all the necessary instructions for a smooth self check-in around midnight, and stayed in contact with me before my arrival. The possibility of checking in at midnight after a late flight also was a big plus. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable, with a very good air conditioner - something particularly important in Naples during hot weather. There was also a balcony. The bathroom had hot water, toiletries and some useful extras such as disposable toothbrushes. I had no major complaints about cleanliness.

The main issue was an unpleasant smell in the room, somewhat resembling mould or dampness. Since I did not notice any significant cleanliness issues, I assume it might be related to the age of the building or the plumbing. The hotel is on the third floor, and the lift is quite unusual: it requires inserting a €0.10 coin to operate. When I arrived with my luggage, the lift did not come, so I had to walk up three floors. It did work the following day when I was leaving, so this may simply have been an issue with an old lift. There was also a coffee machine and a kettle in the room, but the kettle needs replacing or repairing as its power button did not work. The hotel also advertises breakfast, although it is a very limited option. It consists of a few croissants, toast, jam and hazelnut spread in the room, along with tea, coffee, juice and water. It is certainly better than having no breakfast at all, but I would not consider it a strong advantage, especially since I have stayed at several hotels in the area at similar prices offering much more substantial breakfasts. Overall, however, I had a comfortable night and no serious complaints. There is certainly room for improvement, but considering the location, staff, late check-in option and generally reasonable price, this is still a good choice for a short stay in Naples.

La pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliero

La camera non era tripla ma doppia, mancava ovviamente per motivi di spazio un armadio e appendiabiti e appendiasciugamani, soprattutto in bagno. Il terzo letto/armadio scomodo, ripeto era una camera DOPPIA, doveva essere il posto x l'armadio. Poi Colazione Inclusa senza seggiole per motivi di spazio come detto e tutto imbustato. Caffè buono!! Pensavamo ad un altro tipo di colazione dato un BEB. Scrivo questo perché una settimana è lunga... COMUNQUE SIAMO STATI ABBASTANZA BENE LO STESSO.
