Communication on arrival was excellent. I arrived late and was promptly met and checked in. This was a room only stay. No breakfast was provided.
Rosolino was comfortable and well located for my one night stay.

it's walking distance from the train station
Don't arrived after 8pm or else the owner will charge you €15-25. Read the condition carefully.
The power sockets are not properly installed, i can't use the room fridge, needs updating the paints as too many scratches. My second day the water was cut off without notice.
I was charge extra €25 for coming late. they should have installed a key bracket with pin lock for the late check in as other B&Bs do.
