    I would give a 5 stars to the hotel as very clean room with bath tub and very friendly staff. Good facilities and near to ben than market. Would come back again

    I had a really great stay! The location was amazing, right in District 1 and within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Centre, Takashimaya, as well as many popular food spots and cafes. It was so convenient that we barely needed to take any transport around the area The room was clean, comfortable & well-maintained. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good variety and was more than sufficient to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely choose Auberg Hotel again the next time we visit!

    This is definitely not a 5-star experience. I stayed at The Auberge, which claims to be a 5-star hotel, but the contrast with *** is night and day, despite the price difference being minimal.At The Auberge, a windowless room cost around *** per night (including breakfast). The room was incredibly cramped. Worst of all, the bathroom lacked proper dry-wet separation; the shower and toilet areas were only separated from the bed by a cheap-looking frosted glass partition. Because it was windowless, the room became pitch-black the moment you removed the key card, and the power—including the AC—shut off after just 30 seconds.In comparison, ***, but the room was three times larger and located on a high floor with floor-to-ceiling windows. It was so bright in the morning that I didn't even need to turn on the lights, and the AC kept running even without the key card inserted.The amenities and service at *** were also far superior. Their breakfast was a massive feast with 15 buffet stations, whereas The Auberge only had 2. *** has a real swimming pool. Although I didn't visit *** sauna, the staff proactively invited us to use the sauna, pool, or gym even before our check-in time. Instead, we enjoyed the luxury of our own room at ***, which featured a massive, lavish bathroom with a bathtub big enough for two large adults to soak in while enjoying the night view.While the staff at The Auberge were proactive, the hardware, room layout, and poor soundproofing made it feel like a cheap short-term rental apartment. There is no real swimming pool there either—just a co-ed hot tub with lukewarm water. Don't be fooled by the '5-star' label. The drop in quality from *** to The Auberge was a massive disappointment.
