La taille de l appartement et la facilité pour se garer (ce sont des places payantes dans la rue mais gratuites entre 19h30 et 8h du matin). Le parking ATM Famagosta n'est pas tres loin et permet de garer sa voiture a bas prix et de profiter de Milan en transport en commun (gratuit pour les enfants de moins de 14 ans lors de notre sejour)
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (elle se mettait en défaut apres 10min de fonctionnement). L'appartement devient tres vite tres chaud pendant la nuit et donc nous avons eu du mal a dormir (surtout les enfants). Le reste des équipements est tres bien
