I Prime Location I Metro at Your Door, Duomo in 15 min!

This is a great apartment to use as a base for exploring Milan. The location could not be better, it is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, the metro stop is steps away, and there is a very good ice cream shop and supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away. The communication before checking in was brilliant, appreciated the video instructions for entry to the apartment. The apartment was nice decorated, the bedding was clean and the bed & pillows were comfy. The aircon was a welcome relief after being out in the heat of the city! I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone I know who is travelling to Milan!

The bathroom was very stylish and a good size, but the shower could do with a good deep clean as there was a some mould and it smelt a little musty. There was not hot water when we first tried to take a shower but quickly realised the water heater was off, it was a simple fix but would have been helpful to have a little note to say where it was/to turn it on. The headboard of the bed is leather which is peeling and leaves little black specs of leather on the bedding, this could do with being replaced. None of these things were a big enough deal to change my rating from 10/10 though, just little notes for the hosts to consider. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Tener la entrada del metro justo delante del apartamento es muy cómodo ya que fue nuestro método de transporte durante toda la estáncia.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and highly responsive. The property benefits from excellent public transport links right outside the entrance. Additionally, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is very comfortable.

In my opinion, the apartment requires a bit more attention to detail. For instance, there is no curtain in the bedroom, which poses a privacy issue since the opposite building is only 10 meters away. Additionally, the shower needs to be repainted or retiled, and the wall lamps and clock are not functioning. While these are minor issues, fixing them would greatly improve the stay with very little effort. It is also worth noting that the surrounding area lacks a good selection of restaurants and bars.

L'alloggio è molto vicino alla fermata della metro, il che rende facile raggiungere il centro e altre zone della città. Zona tranquilla e ben servita di ristoranti, bar e negozi.

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà al check-in perché, una volta arrivati davanti al portone, non avevamo ancora ricevuto indicazioni chiare su come entrare. Tuttavia, una volta contattati, sono stati disponibili e ci hanno fornito rapidamente le informazioni necessarie. L'appartamento era nel complesso piacevole, anche se ho notato alcune differenze tra la descrizione e ciò che era effettivamente disponibile. Non si tratta di aspetti fondamentali, ma sarebbe utile mantenere le informazioni aggiornate così che gli ospiti sappiano esattamente cosa aspettarsi e cosa portare con sé.
