If you like cats , sit on the wall outside and next door neibours cat will come and sit on your lap.!
Great lounge with the doors open and a lovely patio
It’s a bit of a hill when you’ve been down into Brixham but will help with the calories ..!

Gorgeous views, clean, comfy, beds so lovely. Cozy.
Nothing really, a loo downstairs would be helpful. But wasn’t a major problem
