Gästezimmer Stadtpark

For some reason it's hard to find nice affordable places available in Biel, so I booked it without it having a rating yet -- I'm really glad I did, I was pleasantly surprised what a great deal it was and it even was nicer than how the photos looked. The apartment would fit well any configuration from 2 to 4 people (2 bedrooms and a couch that turns into a bed). Also of note is that we came during a bit of a heatwave and the apartment was well insulated, se didn't feel hot despite being on the top floor. The communication with the host was great and responsive. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Two things not under the host's control at all: there were massive works on the street at the time of our visit, which would have been good to know, just for planning. It just made it slightly less convenient. The other thing--which it *does* say in the building's description but I just glossed over it--is that there is no elevator, so it might not be suitable to all guests. (5 flight walk-up)

Die Location ist wirklich sehr schön, man ist ganz oben und hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall Gross genug für 1-2 .. aber bisschen eng.. In der Küche hat Mann auf jedenfallalles da was Mann braucht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und ich konnte gut schlafen. Nun mein persönliches Highlight der Grund für die 8 Punkte: Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber Lief von Anfang bis Ende super!! Unglaublich wie er für einen da war bei eigentlich jedem kleinen Problem. Er hat sogar sich sogar die Mühe gemacht fehlendes noch vorbeizubringen. Das war Absolut Positiv herausragend. Bei sowas war kaum was zu bemängeln.

Leider muss an dieser Stelle ein Problem bemängelt werden, wo ich denke das dies nicht einfach so änderbar ist von ihm. Die 2 Punkte Abzug sind mir logisch erschienenen da es nicht wirklich einen richtigen dusche gab... Es war eine Badewanne mit Duschkopf. Und diese war in einer Dachschräge ich bin körperlich sehr groß und konnte in der Dusche nicht stehen. Was für mich dann sehr schwierig war dann dort zu Duschen. Über alles andere ist er aufgeklärt und er wird sich darum kümmern deswegen ist alles andere nicht erwähnenswert.

La falta de aire acondicionado ya que al estar en el ultimo piso es muy muy caluroso y sin aire acondicionado es dificil dormir en la noche. Al estar en el ultimo piso tienes los techos inclinados y en el baño queda justo donde está la bañera y te das en la cabeza aunque intentes esquivarlo. La forma del techo hace que sea muy complicado ducharse y un poco peligroso.
