Communication was excellent. I could enter the property fast.

The entrance to the bathrooms is from outside.

No breakfast, loved the heated chimney when you arrive.... everything was well organised and explained by email

The room was huge. So much space. For the price this was an amazing deal. As well you’re right beside the train station literally steps away. Host was also very responsive when we needed help with anything.

There was a slight smell in the shared washroom but it didn’t affect us too much plus there was a shower area where the smell was almost not there when you close the door.

The guesthouse has a lovely interior. The kitchen and living room areas are spacious and comfortable. It is quiet and the location is convenient for Gurten. Communication with the host was smooth. Overall it is a good value for money.

Our room was located at the top of narrow stairs which were a bit steep, going to toilet at night meant climbing these stairs and also another staircase outside, as the toilets are accessed from outside. The beams in the room are located low so for a taller person may be an issue.

The location is good and the facilities were very satisfactory. Bring your own hairdryer as there is none.

The thing is that the sound is a little more reverberant.

Horrible stay amd horrendous treatment from Daniel the hotel owner. We booked a family studio which was advertised on booking.com that its equipped with a private kitchen and a washing machine, this was what we needed as we were travelling with children through Switzerland and need those pitstops to wash our clothes and keep our food refrigerated. We arrived Sunday night to a room which was converted from a game room in the basement there was no fridge, no kitchen nothing at all but beds and a pool table. We tried to call the number on our booking for anyone to help us but no one answered. After about an hour of trying we gave up and went to bed. We couldn't wash our clothes and in the 32 degree heat the food we had got ruined. Next morning we met Daniel the owner and I explained to him the problem and he couldn't care less! He said there is a fridge upstairs in the communal area that i could use! Not only wad this fridge full, but also we paid for a family studio but he simple didn't care! Extremely rude and didn't even apologise! I raised a complaint with booking.com and he is refusing to respond to them, so i had no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card Be careful when you book and prepare yourself for stay where there is no one on property to assist you should there be any problems, and a very rude owner who simply doesn't care about any issues you might encounter

I appreciate the stay is very clean with the convenient location. And my family is so excited about the games in the room.

To me, the staff, facilities, location, and accommodation itself were all superb
