Dimora Ferrari - Grand Historic Apartment by the Cathedral

Bardzo przestronny, komfortowy i świetnie wyposażony apartament, idealny dla większej grupy osób. Przestronne sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami, dwa pokoje dzienne, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i trzy łazienki zapewniają wysoki komfort pobytu. Dużym atutem jest również świetna lokalizacja – zaledwie 2–3 minuty spacerem od Katedry Św. Agaty lub Via Etnea. Gospodarze bardzo życzliwi i pomocni. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę tu przy kolejnej okazji!

Apartament położony jest w ścisłym centrum. Dojazd bardzo wąskimi uliczkami. Jeśli będziecie korzystać z samochodu, to parkowanie (na pewno w sezonie) jest wyzwaniem.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, decorated with great taste and attention to every detail. The stunning furniture creates a warm and elegant atmosphere, while the interior is spacious and comfortable. The high ceilings make the apartment feel even more open and luxurious. It is also perfectly located right in the heart of Catania, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean, making our stay truly relaxing. Marina is a wonderful host kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the very beginning, she made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible, and communication with her was excellent throughout. I highly recommend this place and would be delighted to stay here again!

Zdají se fám fotky a informace od ubytovatele úžasné? Tak věřte, že skutečnost je ještě lepší. Nádherný velmi prostorný a stylový byt v samém centru Katánie. Všechno funguje jak má, žádné skryté vady. Můžete si vybrat, jestli na večeři si dojdete do nějaké skvělé restaurace centru (tedy za rohem), nebo posedíte s přáteli v stylové jídelně nebo obývacím pokoji svého bytu. A ubytovatel Giuseppe? Velmi přátelský, ochotný a laskavý.

Dům , ve kterém se byt nachází, a jeho společné části jsou omšelé, jako všechny ostatní domy v centru Katánie. Ale tím se nenechte odradit.

From the moment we stepped foot in Catania, we were in contact and welcomed by Giuseppe and Marina. They were the most gracious hosts and we truly felt their care for their property and for us. They gave us recommendations on places to go, eat, see and enjoy; from a beautiful beach to night-life for my boys in their 20's. I mentioned that we were making this trip for my mother's 90th birthday and they had a lovely card, wine and delicious coffee upon our arrival. The apartment is meticulously maintained, tastefully decorated and stocked with all of the amenities that you didn't realize you needed. Water, fruit, toast and jam were much appreciated, as the 6 of us woke at different times and enjoyed a little something before we headed out for the day. It shows how much they care for the property and their guests. The location was perfect for us to see Catania and also jump off from as a home base. Giuseppe recommended a parking garage that was a short walk from the apartment, perfect for our large van. We saw many different towns and Giuseppe had recommendations for spots to eat and park in each of them. Now THAT's a host, we didn't have to search for anything. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean and there were enough bathrooms for all of us. The apartment is so big and has high ceilings, so we never felt cramped. The large dining room was a great landing area for all of us to gather and talk. The big couches were perfect for power naps for 2 guys when we first arrived. The kitchen well suited our needs; we did not cook anything, but it has all of the things you'd need if you did. We felt like we came to see family. We were cared for at every step and came back to a beautiful apartment each night. We were so lucky to find this apartment and would come back here every time. Side note: we left here to go to Palermo, where we had a completely different experience with the property. It was very clear how superior Dimora Ferrari truly is.

I read from some reviews that it was noisy, which could be true, but we learned to close the window shutters and that helped a lot. We were also tired from all of our exploring, so crashed by the time we got home. (I realized that I just typed 'home' and mean it fully).
