I think the wireless network needs to be improved. The network speed is not very stable.

Appartamento molto bello, affascinante, soffitti alti, molto pulito, bagno ampio, spazioso. Consegna delle chiavi puntuale e spiegazioni perfette. Posizione perfetta, al centro, vicino a tutto. Aria condizionata molto bene e casa di per sé fresca.

Sarebbe gradito trovare, quando sono arrivata c'erano 36 gradi ed erano le 15 circa, una bottiglia anche piccola di acqua. Una piccola bottiglietta, senza doverla chiedere o scendere a cercarla, appena arrivati. E' una gentilezza che fa la differenza. Per il resto tutto benissimo.

Unser Flug hatte Verspätung. Trotzdem hat jemand auf uns gewartet.

Eine zweite Karte für die Tür hätte es leichter gemacht.

This is an apartment in a large building. Looks like it was a magestic space decades ago that was divided up and converted to smaller apartments. We had 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and a second that's a family room with an Ikea sofa that's seen better days (pull out sofa) and kitchen/kitchen table. The bathroom was large and had a small balcony where we could hang clothes. Great view to the street for people watching. Elevator worked! Yay!

I have rented a dozen apartments in Italy over the past 3 years and this one is in the category of: "photos feel like glamor shots." The actual property is worn, scratched, a little mis-matched. The description is not dishonest, but I am sharing this to manage expectations. You have exactly what you need (one pillow each), and the AC worked pretty well, but it certainly was not comfortable. If you use the sofa as a bed (which is probably okay for very young kids, otherwise, not a good night's sleep) then there is no place to sit aside from at the kitchen table. I wanted a blanket and searched in the armoire to find what appeared to be a slipcover for an old sofa. Felt like I was camping. There's an "unfresh" / "smoky" smell to the apartment, and the washing machine smells when you open the door. Great value and location, but it's a bit gritty, like the city overall. I'd keep looking...
