A really enjoyable stay! The location is unbeatable - just steps from San Siro Church, right in the heart of everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The windows overlook a small piazza. There’s also an excellent bakery right across the building, Pasta Madre il Farnaio, perfect for breakfast or a quick lunch. Everything is within a short stroll. Communication and check in were smooth.
The apartment is on a pedestrian-only street, so there’s no direct car access. There are stairs to reach the apartment and no elevator - something to keep in mind with heavier luggage.

L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un terratetto presso il centro di Sanremo vicino alla piazza degli Eroi (Arisotn a 5 minuti a piedi). Ben posizionato, pulito e dotato di cucina attrezzata, macchina del caffè. Siamo stati accolti e ci hanno offerto dei dolci locali e lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. L'host ha fornito risposte immediate benchè fosse all'esterno e con qualche piccolo accorgimento merita il massimo del punteggio.
Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non c'era la tv e per la prima volta nella mia vita l'avrei utilizzata ma c'era il festival a 5 minuti a piedi. Per fortuna la città ha un clima mite perchè i locali alti più di metri sono riscaldati solo tramite l'uso di piccole stufette elettriche.
