A very comfortable property
This is a very comfortable property. It is large enough for a family, with a large living area and several outdoor areas, including a terrace off the living area that has a pleasant outlook over the town and the port. It is in a quiet location, but only about 10-15 minutes' walk to the town (be aware that returning from town on foot it is quite steep - that is almost inevitable in Sanremo). The parking area was a real bonus in Sanremo. The home was immaculately presented. Daniel was very welcoming and helped us anytime we sought his advice or assistance.

muf oud en veel niet werkend, stoffig, jacuzzi kapot, buiten deuren die niet goed sluiten. camera’s in en rondom huis, man die in de kelder woont. erg stijle berg niet geschikt voor kinderen

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 15,16) hatten zwei schöne Urlaubswochen in dem Haus.
Das Haus war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Auf der Terrasse oder den Balkonen ist die Aussicht auf Sanremo einfach fantastisch. Die Küche war mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Alles in allem wirklich top.
Da das Haus etwas oberhalb der Stadt liegt, ist es zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Der Fussweg ist sehr Steil. Für an das Meer zu gelangen mit Strand Utensilien ist das Auto zu bevorzugen. Das Einparken beim Haus ist ein wenig anspruchsvoll, wir hatten einen Skoda Oktavia der knapp durch die Einfahrt gepasst hat. Auf der Terrasse wäre ein grösserer Tisch noch wünschenswert und eine Waschmaschine,damit man nicht immer alles von Hand waschen muss. Aber man weiss sich zu Helfen.

Villa molto spaziosa e ben tenuta. Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza dal centro ed in generale l'atmosfera che si respira soggiornando qui. La signora delle pulizie si è prodigata per farci trovare una disposizione idonea al nostro gruppo. Comunicazione con l'intermediario efficace.
