O anfitrião foi bem prestativo com um problema que tivemos, apesar do apartamento nao ser tao novo estava tudo bem arrumado e limpo. A localizaçao é excelente, perto de varios restaurantes, padarias e metro. O custo beneficio valeu a pena.
O wifi nao era muito bom e faltou toalhas para todos os hospedes.

A lovely, clean and well appointed apartment with an exceptional location, situated amidst gorgeous local shops (bakeries, fruit vendors, specialty shops selling cheese, wine etc) in addition to several mini supermarkets, with a multitude of dining options at your doorstep. Located in a character-packed area of the Latin Quarter and very close to a metro station (Censier Daubenton) -many thanks for a wonderful stay in Paris!
Would have appreciated better towels and pillows- the towels were thin and unabsorbent!

This is a fantastic property. Entry is via a keybox and full instructions with a video were provided, making it easy to gain entry to the property. On entry you will find it clean and spacious with good facilities. To top it off, this apartment is in an excellent location on a pleasant street, a short walk from the metro. Good comunication from owner Benjamin. Would highly recommend.

La situation géographique
L'hôte n'a aucune envie de faire plaisir à ses clients. L'appartement, à part la salle de bain , est vétuste. La chasse d'eau des toilettes coule en permanence (nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer correctement à cause du bruit causé par l'eau). Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas. Le porte serviette des toilettes tombe. Un tiroir tombe. Le gerflex qui couvre le sol se décolle (risque de se faire très mal)... La déco est lamentable...
