This little apartment is perfectly located and the bathroom and laundry facilities were great. It’s quiet and has everything you need to settle into a few days in Paris.
We came during the heatwave and it’s not the fault of the apartment but the temperature inside the flat was unbearable. There was one ceiling fan and one other small fan but very hard to get any type of breeze going. I think any other time of year this would be the perfect spot but would avoid in hot weather.

La ubicacion es excelente. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y se notaba recien reformado. Las camas eran cómodas y en general bien equipado.
No tiene aire acondicionado y en plena ola de calor la estancia durante el dia dentro del apartemento fue imposible. No tiene lavabajillas y las escleras son bastante incomodas.

Location
The apartment has a strong cigarette smell and requires frequent ventilation by opening the windows to get rid of the smell. At night when windows were closed the strong cigarette smell returned and affected my sleep as I cannot stand smell of cigarettes. The property bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned with toilet having the marks from previous guests. Beds and pillow were uncomfortable.
