High Standing 2-Room Apartment in Latin Quarter Paris

The location is amazing, but the apartment itself is beautiful. It is equipped with anything you would need for a few nights away in Paris.

Great location and comfortable stay in Paris We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place. The host was friendly and helpful, and the instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in smooth. The location exceeded our expectations. The metro is right next door, and you can even walk to Notre Dame. The area is quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants, which made it perfect for exploring the city while still having a peaceful place to return to. The apartment itself has everything you need for a short stay. The beds were comfortable, and since it was quite cold in Paris during our visit, we really appreciated that there was a heater in the apartment. It was also clean, which is important to us. I noticed that some reviews mention that the apartment is not “fresh” or brand new. I think this may be due to the title “High standard,” which can create expectations of something completely new. While there are some small signs of wear here and there, the apartment is still in good condition overall. For us, cleanliness matters more, and on that point it delivered. A few cosmetic touches like fresh paint would improve it further, but it was not an issue during our stay.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Gleich in der Nähe war alles was man braucht: Metro-Station (2x), tolle kleine Restaurants, ein überragender Bäcker, Einkaufsmäglichkeiten usw. Wir mussten (zum Glück) kurzfristig in dieses Apartment umziehen. Es ist vielleicht etwas klein, aber fein. Man muss immer im Blick halten, dass man in Paris in einem Altbau ist. Wer hier Maßstäbe an ein neu gebautes Hotel setzt wird hier immer enttäuscht. Aber diese Wohnung ist einfach mit Liebe eingerichtet und empfängt seine Gäste sehr angenehm. Es sind einfach die kleinen Details: Handseife ist da, Toilettenpapier ist ausreichend da, Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine sind da, ein Wasser steht bereit und vieles mehr. Man kommt rein und es riecht schon angenehm (finde ich immer wichtig). Es ist ausreichend sauber, perfekt steril muss es auch nicht sein. Das Klappsofa ist genial, da wird ein richtig gutes Bett draus. :) Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und perfekt. Wir haben uns zwar nicht gesehen, aber er hat einfach schnell und nett auf paar Frage reagiert und es war alles fein. Auch die Schlüssel sind einfach und gut zu VOR ORT zu finden gewesen. Also immer wieder gerne und nochmal danke an den Vermieter an dieser Stelle.

Es hätte etwas weniger regnen können und wir hätten schneller drauf kommen können, dass direkt nebenan ein tolles Restaurant/Bar ist. :)

Such a great place to stay in a perfect location. Access to cafes and restaurants, and the metro made the location ideal for us.
