Appartement QUARTIER EMILY IN PARIS NOTRE DAME

The host was always very kind, patient and responsive. The apartment was very spacious, which was perfect for our large amount of luggage. I was especially impressed by how much storage space there was; having plenty of cupboards made it so easy to keep everything organized. ​The location in the Latin Quarter is fantastic and very convenient to the metro. It’s also a huge plus that the building has an elevator, even though it’s only one flight of stairs. Overall, the place was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located.

There is room for improvement regarding summer comfort. The apartment was quite hot, and although we requested a fan and were provided with one, it was very small and insufficient for four people. We had to leave it in the living room for the children, leaving the bedroom uncomfortably hot. ​Given that a basic fan is inexpensive, it would be a huge value-add to provide at least one per room. While we could open the windows for a breeze, it let in street noise, and since the apartment is on the first floor without window screens, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving them open at night -especially with the worry of bugs or bats getting inside. With a better cooling solution, this apartment would be absolutely perfect.

Forse ci sarebbe stato utile almeno un ventilatore, ma questo caldo esagerato ha preso alla sprovvista un po’tutti e se si ha il sonno leggero non lo consiglierei perché essendo primo piano si sentono tutti i rumori di una strada abbastanza trafficata

La atención de la anfitriona, en todo momento atenta a lo que necesitará y muy amable. Me encantó la cercanía con el Metro y tiendas para hacer compras para desayunar y tomar un rico café!

Que no había aire acondicionado pero es algo que aprendí más adelante que en Paris es normal porque cuidan el patrimonio y no es fácil instalar aires. De todas maneras en los días que estuve ni hizo mucho calor y con abrir las ventanas era suficiente.

Сильный запах сигарет, грязные стулья, липкая посуда, грязное белье на диване, плесень в ванной. Таракан в туалете. Отсутствие туалетной бумаги. За такую цену - качество очень низкое. Губка на кухне для посуды пользовалась будто много лет, мы не смогли ею пользоваться.
