The apartment has its own charm. It is renovated, but the floors are original. We loved the vibe. The location is good. We were able to walk to Notre Dame and even the Louvre with 3 kids, but that was a lot of walking.
Bonus tip: while this is obvious for many, folks like me may need to know that the ground floor is not the first floor.

check in was easy, facility was clean. amenities were very nice. there was a small elevator/lift, which is VERY helpful especially on arrival with bags.
air circulation took some adjusting to get a comfortable sleeping space, but there were fans and an A/C unit and once we found a good arrangement, it was pleasant.

very unusual apartment (adapted from a shop) but spacious and functional with pretty much everything in it; cool experience, also literally, as the structure of the property kept most of the heat out during scorching-hot summer days (was 41C / 106F outside); the owner is very kind and responsive, and speaks English and French
the front door is a little tricky and the apartment is on the ground floor, ear plugs recommended if you're not used to busy roads (silver lining: they do block out most of the noise)

The location was great in the Latin Quarter and the space was large for a king bed and pullout sofa.
The wifi didn’t work and there were significant stains on the carpets and on the couch. The bathroom was nice but in need of repair (missing tiles on the shower wall). Some of the lights in the apartment didn’t work/weren’t charged to be used.
