El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado en una zona con muchos restaurantes y cerca de metro y autobuses,. El apartamento está muy bien por dentro y es de tamaño correcto para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Para 4 adultos no lo recomendaría.
Tiene margen de mejora las escaleras de acceso al apartamento, son antiguas e irregulares, no aptas para todas las personas y menos con maletas. La potencia del aire acondicionado debería ser mayor y pese a que había 2 ventiladores, son demasiado ruidosos y no eran suficientes para las altas temperaturas. El nivel de ruido por la noche durante el fin de semana puede ser elevado ya que está situado al lado de un bar.
