About this cottage rental
La Longère des 4 Vents invites you to a relaxing interlude in a bucolic and authentic setting.
It is located in a small country village 20 minutes from Chartres, 1h20 from Paris, 10 minutes from Illiers Combray, Courville-sur-Eure (direct Paris Montparnasse SNCF station) and Saint-Georges-sur-Eure, or 25 minutes from Thiron-Gardais.
Enjoy the local activities: rest, fishing, walking, mountain biking, tree climbing, golf (10 minutes away), horse riding, etc.
Built in 1790, this renovated and very bright old farmhouse - ideal for a stay with family or friends for up to 7 beds - has a living area of 150 m² and a garden of 1500 m² .
🏡 Inside, you will find all the necessary comforts.
First floor:
- A large spacious and very bright living room of 60 m² with a large 6-seater sofa, a relaxing armchair, a large dining table, books, board games, a 55-inch TV, and a Bluetooth sound system.
- A large fully equipped kitchen with:
A Nespresso coffee machine
A filter coffee maker
A kettle
A toaster
An induction hob
A traditional oven
A microwave oven
A dishwasher

- A 1st bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm overlooking on the rear garden
- A 2nd bedroom with a 140 cm bed overlooking the courtyard
- A bathroom with shower, double sink and equipped with a washing machine
- An exercise bike
- A toilet
Upstairs:
- A 3rd open bedroom with a 90 cm bed, a reading corner and a baby cot available as needed.
- A teleworking space equipped with an external screen and a high-speed wifi connection.
- A bathroom equipped with a double sink with a shower and a toilet.
- A 4th bedroom "master suite" with a King size bed of 180 cm and storage cupboards, overlooking the rear garden
We provide bath towels for each traveler as well as a hairdryer.

It is composed of 2 terraces:
- A small terrace in front of the kitchen with a dining table for 4 people overlooking the rose bushes
- A large terrace behind, under a pergola on sunny days, with an extendable table for 8 people in the back garden
- A barbecue available for sunny days
- Deckchairs and garden furniture for sunny days
Conducive to relaxation and rest, this house is ideal for a green interlude located 15 minutes from Chartres. We provide travelers with some recommendations for visiting Chartres and the region, local shops for Beauce products.

The property accommodates a maximum of 2 light cars.
An open shelter protects 1 car.

The house rules are annexed to the short-term rental contract:
- The house is non-smoking
- Parties are not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
