Timber Haven with Private Pool

The centrepiece of the house is the beautiful living room, which captivates with its exposed wooden beams and preserved original charm. It combines the character of days gone by with the comfort of a careful renovation, offering a spacious and inviting living area. Comfortable seating creates a welcoming gathering place, whilst a hammock suspended between the beams offers an unusual spot for two people to relax. Entertainment is provided by billiards, darts and table tennis, complemented by a wine cellar for bottles collected during excursions in the surrounding area. Outdoors, a swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen invite you to enjoy long afternoons and convivial meals, whilst the separate wellness area with a hot tub offers a quieter way to unwind. From Charonville, the surrounding countryside of Eure-et-Loir is ideal for peaceful drives and walks in the countryside. Chartres is a charming destination, renowned for its magnificent Gothic cathedral and historic alleyways, whilst the wider region offers traditional villages, local markets and the rolling countryside typical of this part of central France. - Private outdoor swimming pool (48m2) - One additional child free of charge (max 4 years old) - Cot: 1
