About this house rental
La Longère des 4 Vents invites you to a relaxing interlude in a bucolic and authentic setting.
It is located in a small country village 20 minutes from Chartres, 1h20 from Paris, 10 minutes from Illiers Combray, Courville-sur-Eure (direct Paris Montparnasse SNCF station) and Saint-Georges-sur-Eure, or 25 minutes from Thiron-Gardais.
Enjoy the local activities: fishing, walks, cycling, tree climbing, golf, horse riding, guinguette, wellness massage, paintball, etc..
The accommodation
Built in 1790, this old renovated farmhouse with thick walls keeping cool in summer is ideal for a stay with family or friends for up to 7 beds. It has a living area of 150 m² and a garden of 1500 m².
Inside, you will find all the necessary comforts.
First floor:
- A large bright and pleasant living room of 60 m² with a large 6-seater sofa, a relaxing armchair, a large dining table, books, board games, a 55-inch TV, and a Bluetooth sound system.
- A large fully equipped kitchen with:
A Nespresso vertuo coffee maker
A filter coffee maker
A kettle
A toaster
An induction hob
A traditional oven
A microwave ovenPGJyPg A dishwasher
A baby high chair
- A 1st bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm
- A 2nd bedroom with a bed of 140 cm
- A bathroom with shower, double sink and equipped with a washing machine
- An exercise bike

Floor:
- A 3rd bedroom "master suite" with a 180 cm King size bed, storage cupboards and air conditioning in summer.
- A teleworking space equipped with an external screen and a high-speed wifi connection.
- A bathroom equipped with a double sink with a shower and a toilet.
- A 4th open bedroom with a 90 cm bed, a reading corner and a baby cot available as needed.
We provide towels for each traveler as well as a hairdryer, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel)
🌳 Outside, the large garden with fruit trees and rose bushes is fully enclosed and secure, quite conducive to rest.
It is composed of 2 terraces:
- A small terrace in front of the kitchen with a 4-seater dining table
- A large terrace behind, under a pergola on sunny days, with an extendable table for 8 people
- A barbecue available on sunny days
- Sunbeds and garden furniture on sunny days
Travelers' access
The property accommodates a maximum of 2 light cars.
A shelter open allows you to protect 1 car.
