Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. Renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs, or Columbine Lake. Parking is not allowed on any Columbine Lake road or community property
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on the property.
