Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Estes Park

Accommodating, very helpful, excellent views, cozy and beautiful ❤️

My stay was too short.

Overall, the location is great, very close to Rocky Mountain National Park, views from our cabin were gorgeous, but management needs to improve their customer service, check-in clarity, and cleanliness.

We booked our stay through Booking.com, where the check-in time was listed as until 11:00 PM. However, at 7:20 PM, a receptionist named Gloria called us in a fairly unwelcoming manner to inform us that they were leaving in 30 minutes. She insisted on charging our card immediately over the phone and told us our key would be left at the Ranger Station. On top of that, she charged us significantly more than the price confirmed on Booking.com. While the resort eventually refunded the price difference, it left a very bad first impression. Our cabin was clean, but the floors were dirty. Additionally, there are way too many rules for guests. They charge an extra cleaning fee for excessive filth, you are expected to fully clean the cabin before checking out—they even expect you to vacuum!

Entorno

Great features for kids with 2 play grounds, jump pad, cute store, and an arcade. The location is close to Estes Park for convenient drives back and forth. Kitchen and 2 bedrooms a plus!

Some of the dishes and cookware were not clean and the coffee pot was not cleaned from previous stay. The cabin down by the road was unusually noisy in the front where the bedrooms are from street traffic.
