Le Clos des Loups is an old family wine estate in Morey-Saint-Denis, between Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. The house belongs to the seventh generation of the family and has been completely renovated: bright spaces, contemporary decor, modern comforts, and a direct view of the vineyards. THE LIVING AREA On the first floor, a large living area combines the lounge, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and the dining area, with direct access to the outside. - Large comfortable sofa - Air conditioning - Smart TV and very fast Wi-Fi - Round table and four armchairs - Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and towel warmer THE BEDROOMS Upstairs, Two air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds (180 x 200 cm), bed linen provided, storage space and blackout blinds. Each bedroom has a smart TV. A second toilet with a washbasin completes the floor. THE EXTERIOR A closed and secure courtyard, a furnished terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, an unobstructed view of the vineyard, and a private parking space. COMFORT AND SERVICES - Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms - Self check-in possible according to your schedule - Bed linen, towels, and basic necessities provided - Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available upon arrival - Washing machine and dryer available on request, at no extra charge TASTING
