About this house rental

Stay where you can relax in peace in the middle of the wine coast of the Burgundy climates. You will benefit from a visit of the vineyard and the cellar with the owner who is an oenologist. The swimming pool awaits you from mid-April to September depending on the weather conditions. Convenient location close to all amenities (supermarket, SNCF station, motorway, city center 2 min walk, vineyards), South-facing outdoor terrace. Respect the internal rules. Quiet place where you must respect the neighborhood. You will benefit from spaces in the house of 160 m2 with 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds, wardrobes and all the comfort you need. 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, dining room. Over the course of the four weeks we stayed in the house, two families came at various times. The amenities were comprehensive, including a pool which we only paddled in, due to the coolness of the weather.The location was excellent, It was in the heart of Nuits, and was handy for a walk to the boulangerie in the mornings, and restaurants later in the day.Our host, Fabrice, was as close as an email. He was very helpful, and gave us some bottles of his wines.
