This charming 100m² house with an enclosed garden is located a few steps from the city center of Nuits-Saint-Georges.
Your destination between Dijon and Beaune is close to all sights and amenities.
The accommodation has been completely renovated with quality materials.
Aurore and Nicholas, both natives of Nuits Saint Georges, will be happy to share with you the most beautiful discoveries of their region: the Clos de Vougeot, the Abbey of Cîteaux, the Hospices de Beaune.....
"L'étape Nuitonne" can accommodate a large tribe, a group of friends with its 3 spacious bedrooms, or a couple of lovers.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) open to the dining room and living room.
The accommodations are equipped with two bathrooms, one of which has a toilet.
Another room is equipped with a desk (ideal for teleworking), and a play area for children.
You will have a 500m² fully enclosed outdoor area where your children can play quietly and if you wish, on sunny days, we can provide you with a charcoal barbecue (free of charge on request).
You can park up to 3 cars in the courtyard of the accommodation and for bike lovers, you can store them in the shelter in the basement.
